Description The Cornish Larder began life in 2018 by a young Cornish Chef, Jake Kendall. He started producing small batches of preserves at home, testing recipes and combining flavour combinations. He then got in contact with Cornish alcohol producers, learning more about their products and how we can combine them within our jars. In March 2018, he began selling! St Ives farmers market gave us a table, selling tasty jars to locals and tourists! A beautiful jar of home made caramelised red onion and Keltek King Ale chutney. We only use the best local onions accompanied with the popular Cornish Ale, Keltek King. Perfect with sausage and mash, or simply with cheese and biscuits. This Caramelised Onion and Keltek King Ale Chutney contains: Onion (195g per 100g), Brown Sugar, Balsamic Vinegar (sulphites), Red Wine Vinegar (sulphites), Keltek King Ale (barley)(3.9%), Salt, Mixed Spice, Vegetable Oil.
