Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch all UK orders in 1-3 working days FAUX FLOWERS Your faux stems will typically arrive compressed from the packaging and in a straight shape. To make them look more realistic, gently bend each stem in a few places to add volume and a natural curve. To ensure a perfect fit in your vase, you may want to bend the bottoms of some of the stems as well. Alternatively, you can use wire cutters to trim the stems to the desired length. Most of our flower arrangments are sent as indiidual stems in a box. If you would like your arrangement sent in a buquet please get in touch with us prior to placing the order. PAMPAS Upon arrival, your pampas may appear flattened due to being compressed in the tube during transport. To restore their fluffiness, gently shake each stem outdoors or use a hairdryer on low heat, gradually increasing as needed. To maintain the fluffiness and prevent shedding, you can lightly spray them with hairspray. Please keep in mind that these are natural dried products and do not require watering.
