Bright golden colour with a strong head. Pleasant blend of fruit and malt on the nose with generous mouthfeel and a moderately bitter finish. A good example of a Coopers’ Traditional Ale. A specifically selected 7g Coopers Yeast is supplied with this Brewing Extract. Recommended to be brewed with (23L): 1 x Coopers Brew Enhancer 2 (1kg) 1 x Carbonation Drops (250g)
